About the Contest

From Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks to the off-the-beaten-path places in between, from scenic trails that outnumber freeways to the spirited small towns still going strong, Montana is so many things to so many people. From October through January, entrants have submitted their most amazing photo that truly captures the essence of what Montana means to you in the My Montana Photo Contest. And now our judges are choosing the one image that best captures Montana.

Come back in February to see whose image takes home the Grand Prize —an incredible trip for two to one of Montana's national parks!

Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks are Montana's starting points. Between these parks lie mountains that don't have names yet, in ranges you've never heard of. Scattered in their valleys, you find small towns full of friendly locals sharing the unexpected and maybe even their huckleberry pie. Explore Montana at VisitMT.com
