Jungle Market: Meat
Jason Edwards: "Whenever I work in remote communities I’m very aware of the many cultures and beliefs I’m experiencing and that’s it’s my responsibility to document these differences and not judge them. Even though I’m aware communities that have limited sources of protein consume much of the wildlife removed from the Amazon basin, it was still one of my most difficult assignments witnessing countless species some of which are endangered butchered for consumption."
