Katherine Gorge is a pure Australian gem.. Carved out of ancient rock, Katherine Gorge is a series of 13 different gorges created over the course of more than 20 million years. Nick comes across some lurking crocs and then picks his own path via canoe. He also gets some tips on how to catch his own dinner, light a fire and even he has a go on the didjeridoo.
