NSW Expecting Super Cell Storm

Thought yesterday was bad? Keep your umbrella at the ready.

Yesterday New South Wales was hit by a shockingly loud thunderstorm at all hours of the morning (4,600 lightning strikes in fact), but according to Sky News Weather, there will be more storms and rain to come this afternoon. Bad news for those walking home after work.

The Bureau of Meteorology is urging those in NSW to keep an eye on the weather reports. No warning has been issued as of yet, but there is a 90 percent chance of showers and a thunderstorm is predicted for Sydney.

NSW SES has also warned the storms will roll in this afternoon bringing some potentially dangerous winds.
