The education rights activist received straight As in her GCSEs

Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Malala Yousafzai has scored high marks in her school exams, according to her father.

The proud dad took to Twitter, announcing she received six A* grades and four A grades.

Last month, the inspirational schoolgirl opened a school for Syrian refugee girls and pushed leaders to invest in “books not bullets”.

Malala was targeted by the Taliban and severely wounded by a gunshot when returning home on her school bus in Pakistan’s Swat Valley.

Fifteen at the time of the incident, she was singled out, along with her father, for advocating for girls’ education. The shooting sparked an outcry from supporters around the world. Malala miraculously survived and is now a leading campaigner for girls’ education globally as co-founder of the Malala Fund.
