Your first day at sea will allow you to familiarise yourself with the facilities and entertainment onboard. The Expedition Leader will first present the IAATO rules of conduct that must be observed during landings in the regionand will explain everything you need to know about the Zodiac® outings. Harbouring very unique and diverse marine fauna, Drake Passage is where the cold currents of the South Pole meet with the warmer equatorial waters making for a sometimes-interesting voyage. Looking up to the sky you may be lucky enough to seealbatross and Cape petrels, playfully flying above the ship.
Disembark from where you started in Ushuaia, the capital of Argentina's Tierra del Fuego province.
