About the Show
False Bay, South Africa. This idyllic location perched at the southern tip of the world may be the most dangerous place on earth. Here lurks one of the most feared predators known to man... the Great White Shark. And for the Cape fur seals that inhabit this bay everyday is a battle for survival as they run the shark gauntlet in search of food. Only off Seal Island do 16-foot great white sharks regularly catapult themselves into the air in an effort to catch and kill these seals. Join marine biologist Aiden Martin as he travels to South Africa in hopes of better understanding what causes the unbelievable acrobatics of these kings of the shark world in the "Kill Zone".
